Launched in 2022, B Complete Property management was born from an idea of working alongside our family business - P W Badham.

 

After working in private and commercial senior management for many years I started working within the property industry which gave me a fantastic insight into both the selling and conveyancing world, the biggest bug bear for leasehold sellers is management companies holding up sales whilst waiting for replies from management companies who were often not local and did not know the history of the blocks.

 

I left estate agency to work and build our family business where maintenance contracts and scheduling were becoming a huge part of the business, this is when I was approached to tender a proposal to manage a historic property in Herefordshire.

 

With a background including a diploma in Book keeping, budget analysis, contractor and employee management as well as a methodical and modern approach to administration this was an attractive package and asset to directors and shareholders alike.

 

Since starting in October 2022 I have already attracted an impressive portfolio in block, estate, land and commercial management.

 

Acting as company secretary to being an account signatory where clients can put their trust.

Growing up in the construction industry has given me an excellent knowledge of issues that arise in buildings and how to be proactive and reactive regarding maintenance.

Being local to Hereford I have great knowledge of the local area and I’m on hand to complete site visits and carry out appointments and visits.
