BCPM specialises in block and estate management across Herefordshire, our customer service is unmatched, we know that each block or estate is different, so we tailor our approach and management plan to suit that of the clients and the building.
Understanding each block is key to the day-to-day management and the solutions offered in terms of maintenance.
BCPM take care of everything from the service charge collections, administration of bank accounts, legal compliancy, maintenance repairs and forecasting.
BLOCK MANAGEMENT
BCPM offer traditional on-site presence – it’s the personal touch that helps us understand our clients and their properties.
Our experienced team will be on hand to help and answer any questions that may arise, we believe communication is key to a working relationship with our clients.
BCPM offer professional management of communal areas and services such as apartment buildings owned by lease/shareholders. We take care of the financial duties such as collecting service charges, ground rents, organising insurances and the operational aspects including maintenance, repairs and ensuring Health and Safety compliance.

AGM and board meetings, action minutes and lease with legal enquiries
